FUNKMASTERS
Nexus Funkmasters is an international association
of dancers specializing in Streetdance and
Hiphop based in Florence, Italy founded by
Ricky Carranza
(a.k.a 3-Ki Rick)
in 2001.
Nexus Funkmasters organizes
events, workshops and dance classes on Locking,
Popping /Electric Boogaloo, Hiphop New School,
New Style, Breakdance, House and other urban
dance styles.
Nexus Funkmasters is a strong
defender of Funk styles
and seeks ties, collaborators and allies from
O.G. (Old Generation) Funk and Hiphop supporters
all over the world and hopes to create a global
network of professional and respectable street-style
dancers.
Nexus Funkmasters promotes dance
creativity, respects and protects the original
streetdance artform and techniques, promotes
universal brotherhood and believes in professional
high-quality dance education in a healthy,
peaceful, honorable and familial atmosphere.
